We are Team MONTENEGRO, a group of young, talented and ambitious individuals ready to represent our country in the prestigious 2024 FIRST Global Challenge, to be held in Athens.

Our team members are versatile. Besides IT, robotics and engineering, where we find our passion, we also enjoy other things that inspire us like art, sports and others. This year’s theme of the competition made us pleasantly surprised. Since 1991, Montenegro has been declared an ecological country, and it possesses exceptional natural wealth. This is the place where high mountains and sea meet. Here, we are fortunate that we can eat healthy native food, produced on our local fields. We can drink water from clean sources and that’s why we want to protect our natural assets. We will try to use modern methods to find innovative solutions that will raise environmental awareness in the world.

We face obstacles every day, but with mutual support and the help of our mentors we manage to overcome them. Friendly cooperation and agreement are cornerstones of our work. We use our ideas and complement each other. We try to be creative and unique, in order to show something completely new. We don’t stick to strict roles in the team, we help each other out. Our main motivation is our goal, which doesn’t allow us to give up.

We believe that this kind of competition is a unique opportunity for all of us who want to change the world. We will try to present our ideas in the best possible way and we hope that they will be useful. At the same time, this is a great test of our skillfulness and ability to cope with such a big event. We hope that this competition will bring us experience that will benefit us in the future during our education and that we will encourage our friends to turn to this field as well. We look forward to cooperation with other countries of the world and expect the competitive spirit that we also possess.

In summary, we are proud to represent our country at this year’s FIRST Global Challenge. We want to achieve our main goal with the other teams, which is to raise environmental awareness and save the Earth.
