Team Philippines 2024 🇵🇭

From the lush landscapes of our country emerges a team of driven innovators — The DYCI Primes.
In the Philippines, where agriculture plays a vital role in the economy and livelihoods of millions, we understand the importance of balancing economic growth with environmental stewardship.

Our team is composed of five dedicated students united by a common goal: to revolutionize sustainable food production in our country and beyond. Inspired by the rich agricultural heritage of our land, we are fueled by a deep-rooted passion to address the pressing challenges facing our global food system. With so many people suffering and in need of basic amounts of food, many also waste so much of their food abundance resulting in the world wastes reaching about 2.5 billion tons of food every year.

As we embark on this journey, we carry with us the spirit of bayanihan — the Filipino value of community cooperation. Together, we will overcome every obstacle. DYCI Primes is ready to rise to the challenge and cultivate a future where food nourishes not only our bodies but also our planet.
